As Personal Assistant to the Mansell family for the last 17 years I am regularly required to research and book a great many business and leisure trips, some of which are both complex and challenging.

Anne has been helping us with our holiday selection and planning since 1989 and probably knows more about what we want, like and dislike than we do. She takes the time to listen to what we have to say, comes up with ideas and options to meet our requirements and works with us, the tour operators and local travel agencies to deliver what we want. She'll work to a budget, a time period, an itinerary and / or any other considerations you may have and has been a very good intermediary, saving us time and effort by having discussions on our behalf. Indeed, we've ended up visiting places and doing things that we would not otherwise have thought of without Anne's help - and not regretted it! Anne has always been open and honest in her dealings with us - if she doesn't know a place particularly well, she tells us, and then goes off and does some research so she can advise. On the odd occasion when things have gone wrong on the holiday, she has supported us in pursuing our complaints with the travel company.
